Frontage is a useful starting point when comparing a home design with a block. It helps frame the conversation about the dwelling, garage, driveway and the parts of the garden visible from the street.
See Land for sale in Virginia SA.
It is not a complete fit test. Side setbacks, the building envelope, site coverage and open-space requirements also matter. The Sunflowers guidelines include specific garage width, setback and frontage requirements, so review these together.
Ask your builder to place the proposed design on the actual lot plan. A design with a suitable headline width may still need changes once all the site requirements are considered.
