Start with your budget, then shortlist blocks with your builder. A block’s area is only one part of the picture: its building envelope, orientation, setbacks and garage arrangement also influence which home designs may suit.
Open an available block to review its details and request the release documents. Stage 4 titles are estimated for March 2027; confirm current availability and timing with the sales team before making plans.
