Using the website

Use the site for lawful enquiries, research and the submission of information you are authorised to provide. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass access controls, interfere with the site or submit misleading information.

Sending a form or an offer does not reserve a block or create a contract of sale.

Forms and signing

Check all details before submitting. Each purchaser must have their own email address and provide the required mobile contact details. Only sign for yourself.

After the primary purchaser signs, the offer details are frozen. A second purchaser receives an invitation to review the full offer, acknowledge the supplied notices and sign. The signed offer cannot be edited through the website. Contact the team if you need to withdraw or correct a submitted offer.

Keep signing links and access codes private. Do not forward them to someone who is not the intended signer. Completed documents should be stored securely.

Content and external services

Site content, photographs, artwork and builder materials belong to their respective owners. You may view and retain documents for your own property enquiry and share relevant plans with your builder or adviser. This does not grant rights to republish or commercially reuse the material.

External websites and services have their own terms. Their inclusion is for convenience and does not make the project team responsible for their content or availability.

Availability and changes

The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. If a form fails or you do not receive the expected confirmation, contact the team rather than assuming your request was received.

Read the privacy policy and disclaimer alongside these terms. Updated terms will be published on this page. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
