Land and estate information
Prices and availability may change. The land catalogue uses the estate’s Land Discovery listing feed. A listing, enquiry or submitted offer does not reserve a block or mean that an offer has been accepted.
Development, release, title and completion dates are estimates only and subject to change. Stage 4 Release 1 titles are currently estimated for March 2027. Future-release layouts are indicative and may change.
Plans, images and dimensions
Estate maps and lot diagrams are illustrative location guides. Refer to the surveyed plan, release documents and relevant building envelope for dimensions, easements, setbacks and design requirements. Do not scale dimensions from a website image.
Photography and artist’s impressions may show landscaping, finishes, furniture or features that are not included in a land or building price. Package pages identify the supplied builder specification and conditions; an indicative facade is not confirmation that an unmodified design fits a particular block.
House and land packages
Each package is attached to its nominated lot. The builder supplies the home design, package price, inclusions, promotions and conditions. Optional items, exclusions, eligibility requirements and price dates must be read with the headline price.
Land and building arrangements may be separate. The package brochure and applicable contracts govern the agreed scope.
Offers and advice
An offer is not a contract of sale. Nothing is binding until the purchaser and vendor both sign a contract of sale. Read the buyer notices supplied in the offer process and seek your own advice where needed.
