Privacy policy.
How personal information is handled when you use the Sunflowers Virginia website.
Updated 5 November 2026
Who this policy covers
Sunflowers Virginia is a residential land development in South Australia. The project is developed by Joe’s Golden Gasoline Classic Imports Pty Ltd, with sales by Century 21 Special Projects (SA), RLA 357331, and marketing by Cluse & Co. This policy describes information collected through this website and the purposes for which the project team and its service providers handle it.
Enquiries and offers made on this website go to the Sunflowers sales team at CENTURY 21 Special Projects (SA). For privacy questions, email sales@propertypeople.com.au or call 08 8258 4222.
Information you provide
Enquiry and document-request forms collect your name, email address, mobile number, the property or document you are interested in, and any message or optional buying preferences you supply.
The offer process collects purchaser names, contact and postal details, the selected lot, offer amount, deposit, settlement preferences, finance or sale conditions, broker details where supplied, acknowledgements and signatures. Signing and access records may include timestamps and technical information needed to protect the process.
Provide accurate information and only supply another person’s details if you are authorised to do so. Tell a second purchaser why their details are being provided and how their signing invitation will be used. You may choose not to provide information, but required details are needed to process an enquiry or offer. Do not enter payment-card information or identity-document numbers in free-text fields.
Website and communications information
The website uses essential cookies and browser storage for access, form progress and interface preferences, and analytics and advertising cookies as described below. Hosting services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
This website uses website analytics and advertising measurement tools (tags and pixels from analytics and advertising platforms) to count visits and enquiries and to measure advertising. These tools set cookies and receive details such as the pages you view and your device type. When you send an enquiry, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address or mobile number may be shared with those advertising platforms so they can match the enquiry to an ad. These platforms may process information outside Australia. You can block these cookies in your browser and change your ad settings in the advertising platforms you use. Links to builder websites, maps and other services take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Optional marketing permission is separate from requesting information or submitting an offer. You can withdraw permission for optional follow-up by contacting the project team; this does not prevent necessary messages about a request already made.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to respond to enquiries, supply requested documents, prepare and record offers, invite purchasers to review and sign, provide copies of completed documents, and maintain the security and integrity of those processes.
Service providers may process information to host the website, store records and documents, and deliver email. They include providers of email delivery, website hosting, domain name (DNS) services, website analytics and advertising platforms, and the customer relationship management (CRM) and lead storage system where enquiry details are kept so the sales team can follow up. Providers may process information outside Australia. Access is restricted to the people and services needed to operate the site and handle the request. The website also keeps its own record of visits, using a random visitor number in a first-party cookie for up to 13 months with the pages viewed and features used. When you send an enquiry, this visit history is linked to your enquiry and shared with the selling agent, CENTURY 21 Special Projects (SA), and the developer, so they can see how often you have looked at the site before you enquired. This record is not shared with advertising platforms.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law. It is not sold as a mailing list. An enquiry about a builder package does not itself authorise unrelated marketing from that builder.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include restricted access, protected signing sessions and private document storage. No online service can promise absolute security.
Information is retained for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable record-keeping requirements. When no longer required, reasonable steps are taken to delete or de-identify it. Contact the sales team if you want your record removed.
An offer is frozen after the primary purchaser signs. A request to correct personal information can still be made to the team; it does not silently change an already signed document or another purchaser’s signature.
Access, corrections and complaints
You can ask to see or correct your personal information by emailing sales@propertypeople.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record. Describe the information or concern so the team can respond.
If a privacy concern is not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au. This policy may be updated as the website and its services change; the current version will be available here.
